Reading and District Beekeepers' Association
Providing support to beekeepers in and around Reading

RBKA Education and Outreach

Are you interested in honey bees and beekeeping and would like to know more? Reading and District Beekeepers Association is developing its education and outreach policy to appeal to schools, societies, colleges, clubs and groups.

We are able to provide visits, talks and stands at local fetes, agricultural shows, breakfast groups and other events.

We are enthusiastic and passionate about sharing our knowledge on a variety of topics from how to help pollinators to details of the honey bee life cycle and how to get your own honey.

We can bring along a range of items to enrich your experience including a virtual hive, beekeeping equipment and when appropriate an observation hive.

If you would like to speak to us please use the Education contact form. We would be delighted to discuss your requirements and wherever possible tailor our presentations to suit.
